How does it play

Reactoonz from Play’n GO is a 7 by 7 cluster pays slot featuring one eyed low paying symbols, two eyed premium symbols, and the three eyed Gargantoon special feature. Connecting at least 5 of the same symbol in a cluster will trigger a tumble win where the aliens will disappear and new symbols will drop. You must continue making connections to trigger the quantum leap features described below to help you trigger the Gargantoon special feature.

Reactoonz can be played by spinning manually with the spin button or by using the spacebar. There is also the option to turn on quick spins and the auto spins option can also be used for a maximum of 100 spins at a time.

Reactoonz Features

On the Reactoonz screen you will notice that some of the single eyed aliens have a glowing light behind them. These are fluctuation symbols and connecting a cluster of the lit symbol will leave behind two random wilds as well as tumbling in a new set of symbols as they disappear. This gives you an easier time in completing enough connections to trigger a quantum leap feature.

You will also notice that whenever you have 4 of the same symbol in a square next to each other they will combine into a larger Giantoon symbol that will double the payout when it is included in a cluster connection. This is particularly useful when you trigger the Gargantoon and are able to connect it with a 2x premium symbol for a big win.

On any initial non-winning spin it is possible to trigger the Instability feature. This will trigger 4-8 wild symbols being randomly dropped into the slot area to give you the chance to land some connections to begin building the quantum leap counter.

Although, 4-8 wilds can be dropped it doesn’t always guarantee a connecting win but it is one of the best ways to get a good start on building your cluster wins to unlock the Gargantoon.

Reactoonz Quantum Leap Features

On any spin where you have repeated cluster connections and manage to land a total 25 different connecting symbols in the same spin you will trigger a quantum leap feature. It is possible to land up to 4 quantum leap features for each set of 25 connecting symbols. These will be queued up until you fail to make a connection.

When this happens the quantum leap features will trigger in order, if you fill up the 5th bar with 125 total symbols you will trigger the Gargantoon feature described below.

The Alteration quantum leap feature will select one of the single eyed alien symbols and transform all of that same symbol into a different symbol.

It’s possible for the transformation to be into either single eyed or double eyed premium symbols. This can be helpful for creating more connections, landing fluctuation symbols to trigger some additional wilds or creating more premium symbols on the slot screen ready for the Gargantoon to pay big.

The next quantum leap feature you can randomly trigger is the Demolition feature. This will clear all of the single eyed symbols from the slot screen and then drop in a whole new set of symbols in their place.

This is helpful for clearing out low paying symbols and introducing more premium symbols or to simply give you a chance at a fresh set of connections.

One of the stronger quantum leap features is Implosion. This will turn 3 to 6 random symbols into wild symbols. It will also destroy the 4 adjacent symbols surrounding the new wild symbol.

The result of this is that you will be left with wild symbols for some new connections and as the quantum leap features only trigger after you are unable to make a connection it is also a good method to clear symbols to offer up a new set of connections.

The final quantum feature can potentially be the best feature to land for a big win in Reactoonz. Incision will replace the symbols in an X across the slot screen with the same symbol.

It is possible for Incision to place a full X of wild symbols which will give an almost guaranteed connection with the potential for more follow up connections. This can really build up the connection counter to unlock more quantum leap features or releasing the Gargantoon.

If you have Incision as one of your last quantum leaps before triggering the Gargantoon it is also useful if it replaces the symbols with a high paying premium as this will increase your chance of creating a premium 2x Giantoon symbol ready to land a big win with Gargantoon.

The Gargantoon feature

The Gargantoon is triggered once you have filled up all 5 bars of the counter. All of your earned quantum leap features will play out first and then the Gargantoon will drop in.

The Gargantoon feature plays out in 3 different stages. Firstly the largest 3×3 Gargantoon symbol will drop into the slot. The Gargantoon acts as a wild symbol in all stages and the 3×3 gives you the best chance at the largest possible cluster win to hit those big 15+ symbol payouts.

After the 3×3 connections have completed two 4×4 wild Gargantoon symbols will randomly drop into the slot. It is possible for these symbols to land separately or next to each other when they land. The best result would be what you can see below with them landing exactly next to each other for the biggest possible cluster win.

The final stage of Gargantoon is 9 single wild symbols randomly dropping into the slot. This has the least potential to pay well unless you are extremely lucky to land many of them connecting together for a good cluster win.

The paytable and how can you win big

In Reactoonz there are 9 paying symbols with the pink toon as the highest paying symbol that is worth over 2x the green toon for the maximum 15+ cluster payout.

The biggest wins you will see in Reactoonz will be from getting a premium symbol to combine into a 2x Giantoon before the Gargantoon lands to double your connecting win. This will pay especially well with the largest 3×3 Gargantoon. As discussed above the incision quantum leap feature dropping in a premium symbol just before the Gargantoon triggers will also give you a good chance of making a 15+ cluster connection to land a big win.
