How does it play

Da Vinci’s Treasure from Pragmatic Play is a 5 by 3 slot built around landing the bonus scroll to take you into one of the three different bonus features available. The slot also features stacked symbols across its reels so it is possible to land good connections across the 25 paylines to win in the base game.

Da Vinci’s Treasure can be played by spinning manually with the spin button or by using the spacebar. Da Vinci’s Treasure Bonus Features

The main feature of Da Vinci’s Treasure is landing the bonus scroll. This is triggered by landing the bonus scroll scatter symbols on reels 2 to 4.

When you trigger the bonus Da Vinci’s Treasure scroll will appear and spin to randomly land one of the three features available. The most frequent prize you will win is the Prize Picker and then the Map Quest bonus. The rarest bonus feature and the one with the most big win potential is the Progressive Free Spins feature.

Prize Picker

The Prize Picker bonus is the most common feature from the bonus scroll and this is reflected in its low potential pay outs. You will be presented with 3 different painting to pick from each with a different prize behind it.

Once you have picked a painting your prize will be revealed to you and you will be shown the remaining prizes on the other two paintings so you know if you made the best choice or not. The prize payouts are regularly very low in this feature so you may want to use the bonus gamble feature described below to boost your winnings.

Map Quest

The Map Quest feature will take you to a crystal road where you must spin Da Vinci’s wheel to determine how many places you will move along the road with each crystal having an increasing prize attached to it.

You will continue to spin the wheel and move along the road until you land on the game over segment which will end the bonus and you will receive the current payout that is shown. If you reach the castle you will receive the maximum Map Quest win of 100x your base game bet.

Progressive Free Spins

The Progressive Free Spins bonus feature is the rarest bonus you can land from the bonus scroll and this is reflected in the massive potential available compared to the Prize Picker and Map Quest bonuses.

Starting from a 1x multiplier on each free spin your win multiplier will increase by 1x. You start the free spins bonus with 12 free spins so you will eventually be spinning with large multipliers towards the end of your bonus finishing on 12x without a re-trigger.

There is even more potential available in the Progressive Free Spins bonus as you can re-trigger your free spins by landing 3 of the bonus scroll symbols on reels 2 to 4.

Bonus Win Gamble

After you have completed any of the Da Vinci’s Treasure bonus features you will be given the option to gamble your win by 2x, 3x, 4x, or 5x.

Should you choose to gamble your win you will be taken to a prize chest picker game. The amount of chests you have to pick from reflect the gamble you have chosen. As you can see choosing 5x gives you 5 different chests to pick from. If you chose 2x there would only be 2 chests to pick from.

Once you pick your chest you will either be successful and shown the multiplier or a game over if you are unsuccessful.

The Bonus buy

Unfortunately Da Vinci’s Treasure does not offer a bonus buy feature. However, with the turbo spins option available it can be very quick to spin your way into receiving many chances at the bonus feature scroll.

The paytable and how can you win big

In Da Vinci’s Treasure there are 11 different paying symbols with the Explorer as top symbol and the book and bag matching in second place.

In the Prize Picker bonus your best chance of winning a good amount will be to gamble your win from the bonus as otherwise the wins from this are very small. If you get towards the end of the Map Quest bonus you will win close to 100x which can be turned into a much nicer win with a bonus gamble.

The biggest wins from the slot will only come from the Progressive Free Spins, this is typically done by landing some stacked explorer symbols when you have a high multiplier. You will be almost guaranteed to win big if you land a re-trigger in this feature as you will have many spins with a multiplier over 10x so landing any stacked explorers will be a huge win.
